**The RTF self-adhesive veneer used for refacing your existing cabinet boxes may ship separately and arrive a day or two later than the doors, drawer fronts and end panels.

Important Notes about Large Doors: Doors over 48" may incur additional charges. You will be notified of any balance due after the order is placed.
Doors over 46" tall in the Flat Panel and Raised Panel Styles will be made with two panels and a center dividing rail.
Warranty Info: Cabinet Doors Depot warranties all standard wood products for five (5) years from date of shipment against warpage to the tolerances below and/or with the following exceptions:
*Raised panel doors less than 22” in width and 48” in height are warranted against warpage of more than 1/8”.
*Doors over 46" tall in the Flat Panel and Raised Panel Styles will be made with two panels and a center dividing rail.
*Doors over 26” wide will be made with two panels and a center dividing stile.
*Frames and plywood insert panel doors less than 22” in width and 48” in height are warranted against warpage of more than 1/4”.
Warranty covers replacement of door and shipping only. Warranty does not cover installation, removal or labor of any kind. Nor does this warranty cover any product used or installed in connection with our products. Cabinet Doors Depot assumes no responsibility for damage incurred by customer during storage, handling, alteration or the finishing process.
Cabinet Doors Depot warranties RTF/MDF products against de-lamination, irregular surface discoloration, warping or twisting for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers defects as specified herein and does not include defects or damages attributable to misuse or normal surface weathering, or defects or damages caused by accidents or fire or other casualty or Acts of God, or any other causes or occurrences beyond the manufacturer’s control.
The replacement of new materials for those as may be defective may result in a color variance in comparison to the originally installed Deco-form products due to style and color changes by RTF (Rigid Thermo Foil) manufacturers and is not indicative of a defect. The manufacturer reserves the right to substitute such RTF colors as are then being manufactured and is only obligated to match color and quality with such products as it is manufacturing at the time of replacement.
Warranty covers replacement of door and shipping only. Warranty does not cover installation, removal, or labor of any kind. Nor does this warranty cover any product used or installed in connection with our products. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper handling, alterations or storage.
Exclusions and Conditions
*Damage resulting from product being installed in areas subject to abnormal heat, ultraviolet rays, cold, dryness, humidity, direct sunlight, fire, collision with foreign objects, corrosive atmospheres, hail, ice, or materials or any other acts of God or occurrences beyond the control of Cabinet Doors Depot.
Order Cancellation - Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. All cancellation requests should be made by phone or fax. Due to the instability of e-mail, cancellations requested this way may not be honored. All cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10%.
Failure to follow any of the above receiving instructions may forfeit your right to any recovery.
You are ultimately responsible to make sure the sizes and style are correct. We are happy to help, but if the items are received as the order confirmation states, they are considered correct. We will remake items due to shipping damage or factory errors, but if you order incorrectly you will need to reorder.
There are no returns on any wood or RTF products. We do accept returns on most hardware. Returnable items must be in original packaging and unopened. There will be a 15% re-stock fee on returnable hardware and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You have 24 hours to make changes to an order. Any changes to your order must be phoned in our toll free line (877-887-0400) or faxed toll free to (877-847-8552).
Fed Ex Ground and UPS Ground are the standard methods - If no one his home at time of delivery, they will leave the packages unless there is a note on the door saying not to, then they will call to make an appointment for delivery.
If your order is shipped via a commercial freight carrier; The carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment. The order will be delivered to your residence after you arrange the day and time; delivery arrangements are strictly between you and the carrier. You must be available to accept the delivery within 3 days of the order arriving at the local freight terminal, and must work with the carrier regarding a delivery time; the carrier will not work around your schedule. The shipment will be delivered to the curb or driveway. Be sure you provide any information the driver might need to successfully reach your location; delivery trucks are quite large, and have limitations in some geographical areas.
All claims, including shortages, must be made within five working days of receipt. Send us digital pictures along with the size of the item and description of the damage or defect to obtain replacement.
Even if there is no visible damage to the boxes, it is very important that you do not discard any boxes until directed to do so. Note the specific damage then report it immediately by email and/or fax, including date and time of delivery, specifications of damaged pieces, a description of the damage, etc. If possible send photos of the damage.
